First Service Group Property Management in Boise

Family owned and operated, managing property in The Treasure Valley

First Service Group specializes in all aspects of property management.  We offer portfolio management of large, mid-sized, and small residential properties, as well as all types of commercial properties. Our core strengths are focused on scrupulous tenant selection, savings on property maintenance and expense items, and a diligent team of supervision. Unlike many larger property management companies in Boise who cannot afford the quality time to do so, our family owned and operated company allows us to directly focus on the daily care and attention to owner and property challenges.

Meet Chris Todd: Owner, Realtor and Land Use Planner

Chris was first introduced to development and property management as a child. His family own, manage and develop property throughout Southern California. From a young age, Chris was working in the family office tagging along with his grandfather and uncle to development sites and client meetings. Chris is a graduate of California State University with a degree in urban and regional planning. Chris accepted a job at Landmark Engineering and Planning in Nampa, Idaho upon graduation. As a senior planner at Landmark Engineering he led developments through the survey and planning jurisdictional red tape. He worked on getting approval for such projects as Avimor in Ada County, The Preserve in Eagle and countless others. In 2008, Chris started property preservation and remodeling company that served real estate investors throughout the Treasure Valley. In 2011 Chris and Felicia, purchased First Service Group Property Management. Chris continued to assist T.O Engineers with planning consultation and agency hearings but his primary focus was growing First Service Group and the client relationships he has built with investors. In 2013 Felicia and Chris purchased a historical home on Boise's Central and remodeled it into their office. With this experience, Chris has been able to get our investors the quality of consultation and workmanship they deserve at an honest price. Chris' hobbies include helping out the Central Rim neighborhood, golfing, fly fishing, snowboarding, camping, hiking and exploring the outdoors. When not in the office you can find him on the Boise River throwing a fly or tracking fresh powder in the mountains.
